NWP was founded in 1978 by a group of avid theatre personalities from the area. We are a community theatre made up of neighbors, friends and co-workers; we are teachers, students, engineers, parents, pastors, laborers, retirees from all walks of life. When a production is in progress, we become carpenters, technicians, artists, actors, singers, directors, seamstresses and creators!
